Return & Refund Policy

At our company, all items may be returned or exchanged, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories

  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

Return & Exchange Process

All return or exchange requests must be submitted and approved prior to sending any item back.
Unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including duties, taxes, and customs fees if applicable.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, excluding original shipping fees.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages refused, returned due to incorrect addresses, or failed delivery attempts are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
